Kind of a creepy (and somewhat smelly) guy, but our issue had nothing to do with his appearance or demeanor. Aside from being asked to work on some sinks and replace the toilet in our guest bath, he decided to change out our toilet for a completely different model and style without asking us if it was alright. When we realized that the new unit would not work for us - it was way too big for the room and painful to sit on - he refused to do anything about it. He would not uninstall it without charging us, he would not give us the receipt for the toilet (so we could try and get a refund), and he would not adjust the price of the service. This normally would not have been an issue, but because he was paid in cash before we discovered what he did, we were stuck. So, whether he is any good at plumbing is not the issue for us... he simply appears to have no ethics, and will never be asked to do any work for us again.
