Loved Jason he is always on time and super efficient and fast at what he does! He’s a sweet heart and he arrived on time with another guy sorry I forgot his name. They both told me what I need and how much it’s going to be and it literally took less than 30 minutes for the whole job to get done!!! Jason is totally awesome ud83dude0e totally recommend Knight Plumbing and if you’re lucky you can get Jason!!!

I called them to trace out my plumbing for a new addition and they turned away my business. So I called roto rooter and they were more friendly and helpful. I won't be calling Knights plumbing again.

Weston was knowledgable, professional, thorough and friendly. We had almost no water coming out of our faucets. He checked for a leak and there was none, but there was lots of sand in our system. He located the problem and had it fixed quickly. Thank you Weston! We will be using their service again!

The company was called to come look at my water heater that was showing the burner was out. They scheduled an appointment and took my info. They called me back and told me my heater had a recall and they had filled out all the information for me online and would email the registration number along with the contact number for the recall. I was able to get my parts and burner replaced by the water heater manufacturer at no cost thanks to their due diligence. They sacrificed their ability to make money over making sure they did the right thing. Honest and professional in my estimation.

I am so happy that I chose Knights plumbing for the work I needed done. It does not get any better than this people. The experience from the 1st phone call to the end of my work being done was absolutely top notch and amazing. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was courteous and professional and truly sounded like they enjoyed their job(which is rare nowadays). Jason was my tech and he had another tech with him. I can not remember his name for the life of me. Very professional both of them. Made sure they.wore shoe covers which is huge when you have light carpet. I let them know what I wanted done and Jason presented me options and honest fair quotes. The part that really impressed me was how truthful he was. I do not have the 1st clue about water heaters and wanted tankless. He could have taken advantage of me and got me to tankless but he explained the costs and all the extra stuff it would need to make tankless work at my home. He instead recommended a tank heater and got it all set up on top of installing 3 new toilets, garbage disposal and a new kitchen faucet. They cleaned everything up and made sure everything worked ok. I am so impressed that I signed up for their membership. Keep up the good work guys
