The tech was great! Dispatch not so much. They scheduled something and told me they would reach out and never did. Then, three days later, when they finally got back in touch they told me that someone would be there around 8:30 pm, then that turned in to 10 pm and at 10:20 I got a call telling me that they were no longer going to make it. The lady I was speaking with on the phone as my main contact was very nice and helpful, but getting forgotten about/canceled on so many time on one job is very ridiculous.nnIt took four days to get someone at my house and to be fair a competing company also never got in touch with me, but it is crazy that it took so long to give you money.nnAlso, I called in one time and after getting transferred off of the first line to dispatch I waited on hold for five to ten minutes only to have the line be picked up and immediately hung up on. All right after listening to your hold recording tell me about your amazing customer service.
I was given a quote before the technician stated the repairs, he was very professional and I wasn’t pressure into any commitment. As he had concluded his work he showed me repairs and gave me a free course on how to properly expect your heated. Highly recommend root-rooters
Person came to do the job was efficient and professional. Although I made an appointment between 12-4pm, he couldn’t come till 6:30. I appreciate that he gave us discount.
