Christy was AMAZING! I got a detox facial on her recommendation after telling her I have been suffering from some pretty bad maskne lately. I woke up this morning shocked! Every blemish I had yesterday is almost completely flat now and already mostly healed. I was worried getting a detox as I have pretty dry skin but I don't feel like I lost any moisture and my face has cleared up. Highly recommend.

Very accommodating and friendly. Environment is calm and relaxing from the time you walk in. Friendly front desk and kind massage therapists. They explained the measures they were taking to protect against COVID-19, which I greatly appreciated. Pricing was very competitive too, and a great value for the services provided. Thank you!

First timer at Hand and Stone Massage in Mill Creek, WA. Great experience! The massage technique was not one of those routine massages that felt like all the masseuses learned in school, but one that felt personalized and tuned into my needs. The front desk employees were extremely nice. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a massage and/or seeking a long term masseuse.

One of the things I was most impressed with when I started coming to Hand and Stone was the front desk. The management seemed on par as well.nThey seemed genuinely kind and super sweet.nnFor massage therapists, I’ve tried a few. One therapist I adore a lot, but did not meet my needs. I will not explain as I want to have respect for her and she is so sweet. Don’t be afraid to say what you need. I feel guilty asking the older therapists to change their modalities of comfort because they often are in pain and say as much.nAnother therapist I loved was Sunny and she left. She wasn’t really available a lot but very talented.nThe next therapist (male) injured me very badly. I’m still having issues because of it. I got a free massage for that. Yay?nI finally found someone I like after they reopened from COVID.nThey never have appointments on my days off and I never cancelled my membership during COVID bc I didn’t want the therapists to go unpaid and wanted to support the business even if in a small way.nThere have been multiple scheduling issues and they do not want to own up to their issues. Issues with their website and lack of consistency.nMegan is the first person at Hand and Stone I have found to be condescendingly friendly and she mistakenly made an appointment for me and is charging me for it (I obviously did not go as I did not know about it). The same thing happened to my husband and they immediately apologized and handled it swiftly. All I requested was I be shown the same respect my husband received when an error was made. Instead since she was the one who booked it she wanted to make me wrong just stating it was obviously my error bc she had the call with me the same day I made an additional appointment which makes no sense.nShe was extremely rude to me. It’s not the blatant rudeness but condescending fake nice. I think that is extremely unprofessional. I’ve been kind and professional to everyone - always. When I was injured by a therapist I didn’t make it a huge issue and have been in PT since.nThey make a lot of mistake. We are all human. Mistakes are okay. What’s not okay is treating a loyal client like a criminal.nI’m spending almost $200 a month for our memberships and I would love to find appointments on days we are off with the therapists we enjoy, otherwise we are just going to accrue massages. We did finally place a pause on our account thankfully.nAll of this to day say, be extra diligent about your appointments and do not trust getting any type of reminder. Also, don’t expect to get good appointments with their better therapists.nI do hope this is not a permanent change at Hand and Stone.

The facility is clean and quiet. My provider was professional and on time which I highly value. I usually have a massage 1-2 times a week and can say with confidence that the session was therapeutic. Services are fairly priced to market and reception is really helpful.
