Didn’t get what I asked for and got overcharged! Very disappointing:-/

I don’t think they should charge the surcharge to protect against the virus. It is Hairmaster’s job to buy the cleaning supplies NOT THE CUSTOMER!!!!!

First time walk in just a small bang trim for my daughter and my daughter sat still for a 2 years old, but they couldn’t even cut straight across, I feel like if the hairdresser could have wet her hair a little more rather than one spray just for a show and ended up didn’t do well. Very disappointed. This is not my daughter first time haircut.

Good haircut, didnt need an appointment, friendly hair stylist.
