4 stars because i had to wait 25mins from 12-12:25pm. I would think they had lunch cover. Anyway, desk officer was friendly and nice. I was helped as expected. (parking ticket)

I did have few experiences with El Cajon police officers . And with all bad image that we see in the media about the law enforcement . All I can say about El Cajon men & women in blue that are serving this community you all great ... what I most like about the officers in this town is they don’t exaggerate and their action is so realistic . After being citizen of El Cajon for many years I can say to the good officers you have myself&my family support . Respect . Trust .... At the end of the day we still human being and will keep learning everyday . Leadership is everyday decision that reshape others for better . And I hope the leaders will keep doing better for this community .(very fine officers in this town)

Told them about a car that was stolen and they say it was a civil matter. Grand theft auto is now not a crime. Very rude people as well. Don’t expect anything to happen from this police station.

yesterday they tow my car with valid registration in front of my house shame.. shame ...I dont have to add anything anymore just read other comments.....all those good review are false ....no star for this guys
