Very easy company to deal with. I spoke with a very nice lady who got a next day appointment. The technician came out and was very knowledgeable and professional. He did not try to sell me services I did not need. I hope I don't need to use their services again, but if I do I would not hesitate to call them again.
A Technician came to the site the day after I called for an appointment. He did a thorough inspection of the water system and found no leaks, which was good! I feel confident that there are no leaks and I do not need search further for them.
Great company and staff. Worker came to my home and marked out everything I had ask for in a very timely manner. Found all my electrical, gas, and plumbing lines, I including PVC water lines. Would definitely recommend to contact them for any detection needs!
I am extremely pleased with CPL Detection. I called after being referred by another company that was unable to assist with my detection needs. The woman that took my call was kind and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they could have someone out the next day. My technician was Jose and he was wonderful! He called prior to arrival to confirm our appointment and to let me know if his estimated arrival time. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate how he communicated clearly throughout the entire appointment. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism as well. I have had multiple people out to locate the leak, however Jose was the first to actually do so. I would recommend their services and would gladly use them again if needed.
I had CPL come out to inspect a leak I thought was coming from my sprinkler system in my back yard. After some inspection and tests, they were able to tell me they didn’t think the leak was coming from my house. I was able to contact the city and have them inspect irrigation lines where a leak was detected that was draining towards my house. Great service all around from CPL.
