I needed to have the AC of my new home checked out so I called Air Temperature Specialist (ATS). They were able to set me up with a convenient appointment which fit perfectly into my busy schedule. A very knowledgeable, friendly and professional woman, Christina, arrived on time and ready to go. I explained what I needed to have done and she went straight to work.nnChristina was able to provide answers regarding my AC.nnIt Is nice to have professionals whom care about the reputation of their company, their futures with their companies and the service they provide to build the respect for their companies and client’s.nnBarbara Mac Dermot

Our A/C condenser recently stopped working. After reaching out to companies who we had previously done business with and being told the wait for an appointment was 2-3 weeks out, we contacted Air Temperature Specialists, who were able to come much sooner. Dave, our Service Technician, was outstanding. He arrived within the appointment window and was very professional in appearance and demeanor, including proper COVID-19 precautions. Dave was able to inspect and identify our issue, and had the necessary replacement part in his van. Dave was very thorough to ensure there were no other issues. We have found our new go-to HVAC repair and maintenance company. We could not be happier with our experience!

i want to take the time to re-write this review, I have been working at the Tamarack Beach Resort and Hotel for the past 4 years in the maintenance department, we have 54 condominiums and 23 hotel rooms and operate above 80% capacity year round. there are 80 heat pump/A/C units that must be operational 7/24/365 days a year. i was recently elevated to supervisor and can now on behalf of our company and guests write this review, from Reagan who dispatches the service calls to all of the techs i have worked with the newest (Kevin) to the most senior Tom Sr., Tom Jr., Joel, Anthony, Nick and a few others we have received the best service without a doubt. David Young serviced the AC of the house we recently sold. He explained the work he did and how the system should work. David was very knowledgeable regarding the inspection he provided. He explained the current condition and issues to look for in the future.nnDavid represented ATS as a positive asset of their team. If you need quick, reliable professionals, I recommend ATS.nnWe can be assured the new homeowner with have no issues with their AC.nnThanks ATS

My HVAC was behaving oddly, pushing out heat when I set it to cool. David from Air Temp Specialists visited and determined quickly that the issue was an old faulty thermostat. He advised me to buy and install a new one myself If I thought I was handy enough, and that he would help me over the phone at no additional cost if I ran into issues. He taught me a lot about how my system worked, and let me know the most cost effective ways to update my setup. I installed a new thermostat myself, and was able to call David a few weeks later to help me get all the settings right. So helpful and respectful of my money. These guys are great!
