I contacted Tardy on a hot Saturday afternoon for an emergency A/C repair and they sent Jared within 2 hours. He was professional, competent and after an assessment explained all our options. There was no off putting “hard sell” which made us comfortable and trust his recommendations. He repaired our unit, saved us some money on future electric bills and now we have a cool house! We highly recommend Tardy and Jared.

Jared showed up bright & early less than 24 hours after I first contacted Tarpy, looking very professional and happy to help. My 28 year old unit was cooling fine, but leaking into my closet & the drain line was clogged.nnJared cautioned me the evaporator & pan were both very corroded & if we started pulling the unit apart and something gave way, we could not get parts, & that would be all for my old unit.nnI really didn't want to replace a unit that was still cooling just fine, & begged Jared to attempt a patch-up. He replaced the clogged trap in the drain line & patched the drip pan with sealant & foil tape, saying he really didn't know how well this might work.nnSo far, so good! Everything dry & working well at a reasonable price. I'll definitely go with Tarpy when the time comes to replace, & told Jared I hoped he would be available to do the job. Very grateful he agreed to attempt to salvage my old unit.nnThumbs UP to Tarpy & Jared! Thanks Guys!

UPDATE 8/17/2020: Tarpy has gone out of its way to make me a happy Tarpy customer! After the AC was installed, we noticed that one of our vents was not pushing air through it, well it was but it was very light.nI called and Jared came out and recommended increasing the vent size. Tarpy took care of everything! I didn’t have an extra expense, they just wanted me happy!nArty and Chris were scheduled to perform the recommended fixes. Both Arty and Chris were polite, respectful and very nice. They performed the tasks and now I get the amount of air that exceeds my expectations! I am so happy that I chose Tarpy. I doubt another company would have gone above and beyond to make a customer as happy as Tarpy has done for me! This was all taken care of within a week!nnWhen looking for an honest, hard-working company who puts customers first to provide heating and AC service, it is an absolute MUST to check out Tarpy!nn7/31/2020nFrom the moment Jared arrived at my home he was incredibly patient with all my questions, respectful and was very honest. After an inspection, we sat down to discuss our options. He took his time to answer my questions and went over the options. After making a decision at 5:30 pm on Friday, Jessica was available to assist over the phone. Jared contracted Scott, the owner, to help us with getting the best deal ever! The Ken the scheduler was supposed to call on Monday but called to schedule installation at 6 pm on Friday! It seemed like the ENTIRE company was ready to assist me. That made me feel like an important and valued customer. After waiting for 11 years to get air conditioning it made me feel confident in the decision I made to go with Tarpy. Thank you Tarpy, Jarod, Scott, Jessica and Ken. You have made my dream of having air conditioning come true! I can’t thank you enough!nn8/6/2020-8/10/2020nSteve and James did the install of my new duct, heater and AC. They both were respectful, polite and patient. Plus they were always on time kept me up to date on what they were working on and kept me involved in decisions. Steve was just amazing, he would still what he was doing to answer my questions, and would take the time to explain things when I didn’t understand. Plus they are both just very nice guys and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I understood everything before leaving.

Nicholas has come out a few times to clean, service, and replace a part in my AC unit. He was always super friendly, professional, and very efficient. He was also very knowledgeable and gave me info and tips on how to look after my AC so it would have a longer life and would cost me less money in repairs in the long run. Totally trust these guys!
