We contacted them late at night and they were extremely responsive. It wasn't an emergency but they sent Ruben out early the next day. Ruben was very transparent about his work and made sure to show me and explain exactly what was wrong. After diagnosing the problems he clearly laid out the different repair options and pricing. It was obvious he made an effort to problem-solve our specific situation in order to come up with the best and least expensive solution. He had been upfront about possibly having to open up a wall and us having to source a new faucet ourselves because they were expensive custom fixtures, but then he was able to salvage the part we already had and did the repair without opening the wall. He put in the extra effort to make it the best case scenario for us. He did extremely high-quality work and we will absolutely use All Time Plumbing again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Ruben came by our home and gave us a free estimate and recommendations on our repairs. We selected the repairs we needed and wanted, and set a time and date. Ruben was on time and finished within the estimated time to complete the job. He did not rush through the job and did not neglect details that are important to us but that were overlooked by previous workers.nThanks Ruben, great job.

After contacting one of the larger plumbing companies that advertise on tv and having our appointment rescheduled on us 5 times, we contacted All Time Plumbing. They scheduled us for the next day. The technician was on time. He evaluated the problem at no charge, gave us a choice of fixes depending on what we would like to do and proceeded to fix the problem. I will contact them in a heartbeat when I find myself in need of a plumber again. Very reasonable rates.Thank you Ruben Reyes
