A big shout out and thumbs up for the customer service desk folks and garden tools manager-and floor staff that worked yesterday!!! I tried to order an item on line and just couldn't get it to go through. So plan B. Call the store and see if they even have the item. Yes! Different price and different combination of items for price point. Plan C. Go to store and purchase separately. Silver lining and big win! Not only was I allowed to purchase all items at the internet price, but everything was waiting for me at the customer service counter!! Place was alright and good wasn't so busy
Most the time love home depot and going in the plant dept but today it was too hot. Oh well brought my flowers and soil stayed in the main store for the ac and I was good. They need to restock on several items but I found what I needed and left. No problem finding help there.
I wish i had caught her name, but there was one lady who approached us and asked if we needed any help and was incredibly helpful and so nice when we were looking at kitchen counter tops and needed some samples. She was great and everyone was super nice, especially happy to see our little girl and say hello. It was a great visit.
