Went to Lowes first to get sprinkler parts and the shelves were all messed up, couldn't find the things i was looking for. Went to Denaults and easily found and purchased what I needed. Very organized, super friendly and knowledgeable employees. Amazing how much they have in a small store.
I had tried two Home Depot's, Lowes, Irrigation store, 3 auto parts stores looking for a .75 amp fuse. None of them carried this fuse. I recalled the ad for Ace Hardware, Carlsbad, Ca and called them. The Ace associate was very friendly, helpful in showing me their inventory which they carried the fuse. Thank you Ace Hardware for saving the day.
I love this place, very personable, realistic and knowledgeable about store products, and most home projects. Attentive to consumers needs, and eager about understanding consumer and his/her project at hand.
Living about 1/2 a mile from Denaults, I often go there for random home improvement items. Their convenient location is great and I don't mind spending 10-15% more for the convenience. They also have a GREAT hardware (nuts and bolts) selection. Service has always been great and not sure what the hubub is regarding returning items. I've never had an issue with returns, however, I have always had the receipt.
