ABQ Uptown Pet Spa & Grooming

Made an appointment yesterday to have my dog groomed today at 2pm. I arrived about 10 minutes early and found the door to be locked and the "We take walk-ins" sign inside. I waited until 2:10pm and still no groomer.. Tried to call, but no answer. I only gave them one star for being courteous and giving a full rundown of what a full service grooming would include and, of course, the cost.

Rude & got hung up on when I called

Just called to try to get some more information and someone answered and said "We are closed" and hung up. Their hours on google said they were open and either way that was totally unprofessional. Way to make a good impression. If this is how they handle potential customers I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
