Hometown Restoration has an Amazing company with absolutely superb customer service! They went above and beyond and cleaned more than expected for a great price! My mom dealt with them today and was superbly impressed and our patio looks amazing! We absolutely love them and would use them again! Very speedy and very reliable company with great results!
This company provided peace of mind during a very stressful time. We luckily did not lose our home in the recent Glass fire but did sustain smoke damage. Justin was instrumental in getting us back in our home as quickly as possible. He dealt with our adjuster and got everything approved. He was fair and his team was great! On time, courteous, and friendly. His subcontractors were awesome! Highly recommend Justin and his team.
My neighbor had his insulation replaced by Hometown Restoration, which referred me to Hometown Restoration. I called to schedule an appointment and they came very fast. I felt very confident that they are more than qualified for the job. They made sure to cover all working areas and kept the place very clean. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew was polite and professional. I highly recommend them!
I had a fixed stain on our carpet that needed to be treated immediately and Hometown Restoration was so responsive. Even though I would not consider our case an emergency, they understood the urgency and came the same day, the staffs were thorough and detailed and explained every step of the process. I appreciated their honesty that the stain may re-emerge, but he told me to give him a call if it does and he would re-treat it if it's within a reasonable amount of time. I will be calling Hometown Restoration for all of our home fixing!
From the start down to end, all of Hometown Restoration contractors, and employees were very courteous and efficient! Even their managers, team leaders, and everyone on their team were positive all through the restoration process. All I can say is, they have such a wonderful management team that treats their employees well. Cause that would be the only reason they remain so optimistic all the time, even when I was making random changes.
