These guys did a great job. I've used them twice now. Once to unclog some drains and trouble shoot my dishwasher. Once to install a new water heater. I'm happy to say they did great work, supported their installations even when we had a miscommunication, and have really made me feel good about doing business with them. I highly recommend Tim at Encinitas Plumbing. About a year ago I got my bathrooms remodeled and Tim at Encinitas plumbing was called in by the contractor to do some work, including installing the bathtub. The bathtub on their website is my bathtub. Their work on the bathroom remodel was great. They showed up when they said, they worked through some issues, and got the job done in a professional manor. I was so impressed with them, I had them come back and install a tankless water heater. I love that, saves so much on my energy bill, and I have endless hot water. About a year later (last week) I got an email from Tim saying it was time to service my hot water heater. I didn't know what he was talking about, so did some research. Yes you have to service your water heaters. So glad he contacted me, I had no idea. Tim and his son came, they worked very well together on this. On that visit he told me California changed a law, so the hot water heater had to be vented a different way. They came back out and fixed that, and I also had them fix a leak under one of my sinks. I asked Tim what I owed him, he said he considered both repairs as warranty related and there was no cost. I would not have known, but Tim is obviously honest, trustworthy and professional. I am extremely glad I found Encinitas Plumbing and feel good knowing if I have any plumbing needs I know who to call.

Called Tim out for the first time for a leak in the bathroom wall. He and his son quickly had the leaky pipe removed and replaced. They are clean, honest, and great to work with. I will be using Encinitas plumbing in the future!
