While sad that we won't be able see our families this Thanksgiving (due to COVID), our water heater broke. Now even without the embrace of a warm shower, we were truly about to have a Cold Thanksgiving.nnFortunately, Steven and Mike were able to replace it right away giving us something worth celebrating Thanksgiving about.nThey did not show any sign of annoyance when asked to take on/off their shoe covers every time they had to walk 10 steps between the front door and kitchen balcony (where the water heater is installed). They even kindly answered a bunch of questions a curious neighbor had.nnI was very impressed by their swift work and professionalism!
We had a piece of a toddler toilet seat down the drain and knew we'd be in trouble if it got down too far. Jaime from Burtech was able to come out within hours of calling for help. He was extremely professional and made me feel safe, following strict COVID safety guidelines. Would definitely do business with Burtech again.
Burtech Installed a liner for us. Bill and crew were super. Stayed in contact all the time. I was never in the dark about what was happening or going to happen. The crew that came our were polite and exceptional. They also wore face coverings. Thank you
Had a bit of an emergency today involving a raging geyser. Found Burtech on yelp. They had great reviews and for good reason. Gino came out quick, was honest, down to earth and professional. Got the job done quick and at a competitive rate. Highly recommend. Gino, you the man!
