Tom is amazing: arrived right on time, made very pleasant conversation, diagnosed and fixed the problem right away.nnTom is fast, exceptionally competent and very nice. Rock star - I highly recommend him!!!

A gray Tom Thumb van just raced past me and my dog on my Leucadia residential street at what had to be 40+MPH. When I raised the palm of my hand and signaled to slow down I was greeted with a raised finger as the driver accelerated even more. There are no sidewalks but there are a lot of walkers, runners, parents with strollers, etc. There's a lot of plumbers to choose from who do great work. I will never use Tom Thumb and I will tell everyone of my experience. Not all experiences are work related but they all factor into making decisions on who to hire.
