First off, this is a beautiful casino. Very spacious, lots of machines and very clean. What I was not happy about, was that they had nothing in place, when it comes to playing on the floor, for social distancing. At the Hard Rock Casinos in Florida, every other machine is out of service, some sections even two or three. That way, for the people that do care about practicing social distancing, they can play with little worries. I was so annoyed at having to get up constantly because someone decided to sit right next to me, while there is more than 5 seats in the row that they can choose from. Or not being able to sit at a machine I really wanted to play because there was no way I could practice social distancing. They weren't counting the amount of people coming in to the casino, so I know for a fact there was more than 25% capacity in there. I'm not sure if casinos are on the list for the states mandate, but there was just too many people in there. I wanted to enjoy myself but having to always move to another machine because someone wanted to sit right next to me caused me to maybe lose my luck and my money. I haven't been to a casino in months, so this was really disappointing. I won't be going back until something more strict is in place. My problem I know...I know..but the only person that's going to care that much about me is ME.

This guys are the pro, the slot machines are new, recent and they pay a lots of jackpots, I know because I have won here a lot ! The servers are nice, the staff is nice, bartender are nice, I love this place, the hotel is cool.nThey try to keep clean they slot machines but because the places is huge is hard.nYou can smoke here, there is no area for non smokers so consider that, other than that you can have fun here

This resort is always top notch as far as customer service and the gaming experience are concerned. The one thing I dislike is the security guards seem to have a little chip on their shoulders when it comes to the night shift group. They are inconsistent on their policy regarding proper forms of ID used to to verify when entering. They will call supervisors when requested and the management seems to have their stuff together though. Maybe more training or less authority until more experience is gained in the day to day interaction with guest is needed.

I've been to nearly all of Western Washington's casinos. This is definitely the tightest slots. I have never ever walked out this casino with an extra dollar. On the plus side, they have a couple fun slots that the other ones don't have ud83dude0a
