I was referred to this salon by a close friend. I've called multiple times over a 3 week period and left 3 separate messages and no one has bothered to return my call.nnI will not attempt another call, nor would I consider trying them.nnIf the business has this type of service over something as easy as a phone call to schedule an appointment, I definitely don't want to trust them with my hair.
