Lucent Nails & Spa

I started going to Lucent at the recommendation of a friend. I always had trouble with acrylics not lasting long enough. This place is AMAZING! They take their time applying and shaping the nail. I’ve had a full set last over a month before (obviously needing a fill, but not chipped or lifting). I recently tried another place, and ended up back at Lucent to have them fixed. They’re never too thick or wide, and look great even when I need them done on the shorter side. Worth every penny!

I went in with my daughter for before schoolnNails considering they won’t be ablenTo go tonSchoolnSoon walk in asked politely u ha e time they said sure then when I asked to sit next to my daughter they made us sit far away from each other then I took a box of my own Clorox wipes I wiped the seat down quickly before setting and I noticed the nail cutter was really really extremely dirty I asked her already sterilized she started talking in her own language to everybody across the salon but did not answer my question then she responded in a very rude way and said if this is not sterilized and it should have powder on it which still didn’t answer my question anyways I did not feel comfortable from the beginning my throat felt dry I asked if u had water no response I got up stepped out to get a quick drink of water when I came back in a lady walked up to me abs asked menCAN U LEAVE FROM Here” I I said OK I will give me two reasons she said you were taking too long I am a customer how can I take too long in to get a quick drink of water they were supposed to offer me water but they didn’t and I said no I don’t want to leave my nails were halfway done already and in no time another customer came charging up on me and started yelling in my face and started to treat me to call the police on me this is a race hate crime First I am being told to leave then I am being threatened to call the police on me for what just to take my daughter in to get her and my nails done horrible please don’t go here don’t take your family they will hurt you I’ll probably get you arrested two for no reason be safe Marysville neighborhood and do not go to this nail spa ever !!!

Great services! Really love the pedicures and my nails always last extra long! Love this place!

I have gotten my acrylic nails done quite a bit from various places. I saw the overall good reviews so I thought I would check them out. First, though when I called I asked there pricing. It was $30 for acrylic gel fill. I get there and see the sign that they now have added $5 to each service. I understand that, but when I call I would appreciate the amt they charge... not something they used to. Also, the person that I had was not friendly... I tried making some conversation, but that was short lived. I was cut 2-3 times with the drill and no, “sorry” or anything except alcohol burning on my skin. For some strange reason too, the lady used like the paintbrush and brushed the rubbing alcohol across each nail... it burned!!! I have never had that done and my nails still hurt from the cuts. I won’t return for anything related to my acrylic nails. Hopefully, there other services are better....
