Had a coupon for $9.99 haircut for my son and when my husband presented it to Rebecka she told him their computer has difficulties reading the barcode sometimes and told him he had to register it online and then threw the coupon away. He asked to register it online real quick and was told no because my son was sitting down. This is wrong and crooked. I will be contacting the toll free number and let everyone I know not to do business with these crooks. Shame on you Rebecka!!

The lady Literally cut my hair how i did not want it I will not let her touch my hair EVER again. I tipped her 20 dollars too. Will find somewhere else. BEWARE OF THE LADY WITH SHORT HAIR SHE WONT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANT SHE WILL MESS UP YOUR HAIR I TOLD HER ONE INCH. SHE TOOK OFF 3 INCHES AND MADE MY HAIR LOOK LIKE I HAVE A MUSHROOM ON MY HEAD. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR. SHE WILL MESS IT UP BEYOND REPAIR

When the barber finished cutting my husbands hair, it looked like she barely trimmed it. After I told her to please cut it a little bit shorter, she argued with me. She then trimmed a little bit, then became frustrated and mad which led her to bring out the clipper. She then proceeded to give my husband a buzz cut. After she was finished, his hair had many spots that were uneven. Worst experience at a Great Clips.

Had my grown out for 2 years and asked the lady with short reddish hair to cut it right blow my shoulder and then i ask her to cut just A LITTLE more and she cute off a good 5 more inches then what i wanted . Very friendly but experience was not the best.
