Very nice, relaxing. Stephanie gave great healing massage. Perfect experience.
Had a membership plan which worked out well until we found out we were moving out of state, to an area that doesn't have a Massage Green Spa. We have $300 in prepaids that we had planned on using between March and May, since we were leaving in June but due to Covid-19 and the spa being closed we were unable to use our prepaids and now the owner is refusing to refund our money. She no longer answers our emails either.
They have major credit card behavior and security issues. When I was a member, they repeatedly charged my debit instead of taking it out of my prepaid account. Owner did two of them. She thought reversing tha charge was proper compensation. Then after not being a member for months, the debits started all over again. They blamed their own internal company. 2 months of debits no resolve.
Definitely do not recommend this place! Purchased a 60 min massage from this place. I was on time to my appointment like how they asked(15 min before scheduled appt time), was seen late(5 min) and on top of that it was a 50 min massage not 60! They didn’t realize I was keeping track of the time. 50 min which included 2 min of undressing so in reality it was a 48 min massage! And the receptionist still had the audacity to ask for gratituity! It was not a 60 min massage and I felt pressured to tip for an incomplete service! Never going back there again!
