Wanted to share my experience that the service did not work. I see that it may work for others, but it did not for me. They were confident it would work so I paid them, but now am out more money and am in a little bit worse situation, so it is a risk. Good luck

Ticket Snipers customer service is very unresponsive once they receive your money, they cease to exist. No matter if you use chat, call the number of the representative that initially gave information, call the number on your defense packet or any method they will not pickup or respond to messages. They will not answer any questions after they have been paid. I have yet to get my results but it is concerning that they are unavailable after you pay. Other reviews mentioned the same. They offer a refund of a certain amount and additional support but if they are unable to pickup for additional information then it is worrisome that they will not follow through with that promise. That they would provide further assistance if the case is not dismissed.nnI appreciate the response to my review, it is unfortunate that it is through this and not via the message that I left at the 619 number with Charles on the 16th. I also tried getting a hold of Carlos. Below is proof of me calling during business hours. There is no other way to leave a message. Only an automated recording indicating that no one is available to answer my call and then disconnects. I called the 800 number and the 619 number. My first name is not Salomon but you will see Clark in your system.

Ticket Snipers customer service is very responsive up until they have your money. I lost my case, which should have been an easy win, and they denied me my refund. I requested the refund in August, never heard back. I emailed again in October to request it, and they denied it without information as to why. All in all, it cost me more money and time to use this service than if I had fought it myself or just paid the ticket.

I have never had a driving violation in CA but this summer a traffic camera snapped picture of me turning left a few milliseconds late due to a short yellow light. I found this service and paid the fee. They sent clear instructions with a letter and I followed the instructions and sent in the documents to engage in a trial by written declaration.nResult: NOT GUILTY & saved me hundreds of $s & cleared my driving record.nI recommend.

Customer support was good.nResponse to my inquiry was good.nThe template-like letter written was good.nAfter the payment they all but disappeared.nnCase was lostnPaid almost as much in TickSniper fees as the ticketnDon’t feel like they represented me at all in courtnAfter they were paid it was like they didn’t carennYou pay, then you receive two email instructionsnFollow those instructions then who knows if they spend the time representing you or not as they were already paid. Nothing requested was achieved. Was better off paying the ticket alone or representing myself in court.
