Exceptional customer service! Kyle came to the rescue and did a great job. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the price. I had put in a request to fix my drain early in the morning, and he showed up within an hour. Quick service and quality work. I would highly recommend using Elite Rooter!
I called Elite Rooter because my spouse and I were having issues with backed up toilet. Technician came out spent two hours working on it. Two supervisors showed up one gentleman named Mark. He told me there were roots in the Sewer line. They put a camera down my sewer line. But never allowed me to see the roots on the camera. I suspect there were no routes. I feel they lied in order to overcharge us for work we did not need. Highly suggest you read all reviews about Elite plumbing. After our poor service. I looked into the reviews. I read numerous poor reviews. They started the work but did not complete it. I personally and my spouse had to finish the project. We were told they would be done by 12 PM on Monday. We arrived at The house at 2:30 pm on Monday afternoon. There was no technicians there But there was huge hole in our yard with mounds of dirt. I called the technician he said he just does what he’s told. I called his supervisor Mark. Salesman Mark. He stated they had to go to a different project. Very unprofessional. Untrustworthy.
Was really glad that Elite was able to respond to our need for service the day before Thanksgiving. Robert was professional and informative. He proposed a good solution to a recurring problem and quickly completed the necessary repairs. My wife could not believe the low cost of the work and we were both pleased that Robert kept our safety in mind by wearing a mask at all times while in our home. He was personable and professional and did high quality work.
My sink was backed up for no more than 30 minutes before Kyle got here. He was very professional, quick response time, and clean. He provided an amazing service and made this an easy, quick fix for me! I highly recommend this business for any of your needs.
Documents for news . We had Salvador from Elite Plumbing come out to clear our drains. We could not have asked for a better representative from this company. He is a very personable and down-to-earth man. He was even early to the appointment. He was fast and he kept us informed on what he was doing and why he was doing it. I cannot be happier with the service I received from Elite and especially Salvador.. If anyone ever asks me if I know a good plumber I will happily recommend Elite Plumbing and suggest that they ask for Salvador.
