I’m sure this place is awesome but they are never open and when they are open you can’t go without an appointment time and those times are rarely open. I understand that things are different with covid but this is over board and enough to cause the doors to close. I’m not sure how they’re staying in business shutting out so many customers like this. My husband and I have been trying to get in for weeks to get hardware on our entire kitchen- cabinets and drawers as well as our closet doors. Weekends are when people focus on things like this and get hardware for their home projects. We are only off from work Wednesdays and they are full. For their sake, I hope that they are bringing in business. We really wish we could’ve bought our hardware here.

We found our hinges here! I dropped my credit card in the pkg lot and drove 30 miles home before realizing! Dominick answered, he raced to the parking, found the card and returned it to me. It is rare to find this kind of above and beyond, thank you Dominick :-)
