To begin with I had made an appointment with a hairdresser a few days (3 to 5 days) before in person and when I arrived at 9:55am I waited for the time of the appointment at 10am and the hairdresser arrived at 10:20am(late to begin with). It took her around 2 to 3 hours or more to do the some highlights I wouldn’t mind the time if she wouldn’t had left a mess in my hair. The sad part is we spoke for more than an hour days before and she it seems she never understood what I would had liked in my hair to done. She kept telling me to show her pictures and I showed her various pictures but I ended up with a mess and a yellow color rather than a light brown color. I wouldn’t recommend this place it has been the far worse experience I’ve ever had.
Love this place. The atmosphere is great. The quality of work is perfect!
A big plus for the helpful and accommodating staff. Very devoted to good service and work, nail art is a craft in this store.
Good luck trying to get booked in here. Sold out show. Staff is amazing!
I have been really lucky and been going with Nancy for years ... Long before before I've had just bad luck with stylist until my sister found Nancy.
