I got my lashes done by Kayla... honestly not worth $200 for a full set, my lashes were not that full for volume and when I got a fill she did not care how she was hurting me she pinched my skin several times and knew she was hence all the endless tears. I felt like she was irritated because my lashes were “burnt” and had to take a bunch off, definitely felt like she was at least. Then I was charged $110 for the fill but on her site it says 100 if you come within that 2 week window, which I came on exactly 2 weeks. Upon completion of my fill she let me take a look and I stated “they aren’t really wispy” especially compared to my full set and she claimed “we ran out of time because I had to take the burnt lashes off” mind you her fill time is supposed to be 1.5 hr and she definitely ended before that because she wanted to leave with her coworker to get dinner or whatever, totally unprofessional. My lashes shedded dramatically after getting a fill. After that I just canceled my next appointment because of all. So now I’m seeing a new lash artist and her and her friend both said there was a lot of clumping and they noticed my NATURAL lashes were glued together. Which makes sense because Kayla had my eyelids a little bit puffy which obviously means that my lashes were irritating my eyes. I’m truly upset because I felt like it was on purpose due to her over complimenting my natural lashes when getting a full set. Based off her pictures I thought she was a good lash tech but in reality is not because you can make lashes look pretty all you want but if the application is all wrong then the look doesn’t matter at all! I do not recommend this place. And let me add that she actually was irritated because I totally forgot I kept hearing her take deep breaths as if she was and she did NOT do that when I got my full set. Just awful.
