Very professional and courteous. Definitely will buy from them again.
I was quite suprised, the outside had me second guessing, but the store is a hidden gem. They double checked to make sure sizes were correct and once they gathered all the bolts they labeled the bags with the size, type and my name! They were super polite, multiple people asked if I had been assisted to make sure I wasn't waiting. Without a doubt a great place!
Hayes Bolt and Supply is fantastic! I was impressed upon entering this little hidden gem upon entrance. I was greeted instantaneously by everyone in the store and smiling faces. A young women addressed my concerns without hesitation and then within 2 minutes Craig Kozeluh solved my problem, it was literally that easy. Stores like this are hard to come by, keep it up guys!
This place is unique, you can place any order of bolts customized and any quantity.nI was hired to replace the floor in one storage room, the people are friendly and the place is clean
