The owner and staff are helpful and friendly. If they don't have it, they'll order it for you. You're in a hurry they will suggest where to get what you need. 90% of the time they have exactly what you're looking for!
Sure helps me to have a convenient location. Love the mom and pop run store. It would be terrible if these folks were priced out of the neighborhood due to an increase in rent.
Knowledgeable polite and prompt staff
I ordered online for pickup at this store. The store manager calls me the day of my order and instructed me to arrive that Wednesday at 9am sharp to pick up my order. I do as instructed and proceeded to wait almost 2 hours for the delivery truck to arrive. It never arrived. Very disappointing.
First off, This place is over priced. Insanely. $90 for a 50 foot extension cord?!?!nSecondly, they have a completely BS refund policy. They do not give any refunds and all sales are final. Even if the product doesn't work / is defective. I Wasted $90 because they refused to give me a refund for an extension cord that didn't work when I brought it home and plugged it in. There is no management on duty. When you ask to speak with a manager, the clerk just writes a phone number on a piece of paper, and of course the manager or the clerks mom or whoever's number doesn't answer.nnThey just get by because they are the only hardware store on this side of the island. If you have the option to go somewhere else I STRONGLY suggest it.
