Excellent service. Arrived on time. Quality of work was excellent. It was a quick repair with fair pricing. The service technician/plumber was friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable of what was needed for the job. I will definitely use this company again when I need additional services done.
Bryan and Brandon are excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, informative and polite. Fast inspection, good explanation of the problem and solution, great points on how to keep my unit running well, and they completed the job timely. They were also compliant with COVID-19 protocol. HVAC istallation.
It's funny how they name their selves 25 dollar but they won't be able to give you estimate on the phone/email(it's a simple job). Have to send out technician to estimate. And there will be at least $49 to send out. So feel like they just outsourcing jobs and getting referral money.
Don replaced a faucet and my water heater, and related water supply lines and valves. I had not intended to replace the water heater (I did know that it was 24 years old), but Don pointed out some warning signs that the water heater was not going to last much longer. Don may have saved me from a house full of water. All work was done very well, and warranties were explained. I have used 25 Dollar Plumbing for many years with no complaints and will continue to do so.
