I am extremely happy with the service I received today 11-24-2020. I was most pleased with the polite and professional experience my service technician David Starr provided. David was honest and very direct about the situation and gave me several options. I really appreciated him explaining the details of my options as well as pricing. He was friendly and very helpful. He was organized and followed all safety precautions. I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know that needs plumbing services! Thanks again David.
After multiple attempts by several other plumbers the job was finally done correctly. Ramon and Chris were polite respectful time efficient and thorough with their job. I finally have repairs that were done properly and a working bathtub thanks to these two! Very happy with the service I received. They even took the time to lay down floor covers and carpet runners to protect my entry way carpet and wood floors which is a courtesy I haven’t had before. Thanks for all the effort and for finally getting the job done right!
I found All City Plumbing to be fantastic!! They sent our their extraordinary employee, Daniel Fernandez and we were fortunate to have him explain everything to us regarding our problem and practically held our hands every step of the way. No worries, no concerns, this gentleman knew what he was doing and his assessment was right on target.nDaniel sent out to expert technicians, Jorge Nunez and Rex Modica to find the leak (in record time) and reroute and put in new piping. No easy task but it was done expertly and in record time.nnThank you to All City, Daniel, Jorge and Rex for doing an outstanding job. Most appreciative of your expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend these folks; no worries, no concerns when they are on the job.
If I could give more than five stars I would. 11 months ago I called the company and the nice young man came out and misdiagnosed and was going to overcharge and we told him no. I put a review on the web site stating my disappointment. Today when my shower backed up looking for a plumber I ran across my review and noticed that the owner Anthony had replied to me. I thought well since he's good enough to reply to me I'm going to give them a second chance. Thank you God that I did. Joseph Rand came out and was amazing. He first told us that it was a problem in the main drainage whatever and once he started working notice that it was a clean out. He had quarter this a price of $189. Once he started working he told me you know what it's only going to be a clean out so it's only going to be $75!nNow I had no way of knowing that there was a special going on for clean up and he could have gotten away with charging his $189 that we agreed to. But thank you that he's ethical and the company is ethical and again if I could give more than five stars I would. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you
Everything about working with All City Plumbing has been easy, quick, and enjoyable! From booking my appointment on the phone (the rep was extremely friendly and communicative!), to the confirmation texts, to the alert our plumber was on the way, to when he arrived. Rudy was the team member assigned to our appointment and he was punctual, friendly, respectful, and thorough. I appreciated how he listened to our issues and sought to understand how he could help. He also presented several options for how to rectify our concerns. The only reason we haven’t moved forward yet is because we’re in escrow and need to get others’ buy-in. We will definitely reach out to All City Plumbing again and hope Rudy and I cross paths!
