We purchased a unit from Nexgen and are very happy with it. The customer service they provide goes above and beyond all the time. We are big believers in honesty and their technician Sal is one that delivers all the time. He is honest and upfront with every detail. I always ask for his services and you should as well. Paul came and did the initial inspection, which revealed rodents had chewed through several of my ducts. Based on his recommended options, the air ducts & registers were replaced and a whole house fan was installed. Albert and Hugo arrived on time and completed the entire job in one day, including cleaning up before they left. They were respectful, wearing masks and shoe coverings, while in the house. Follow up/final inspection was scheduled several days after the job was completed. That was a welcome surprise. Opportunity for unanswered questions or tweaking of the system. Marcus came and took care of that last job. Great job by all the Nexgen employees!
Fantastic from start to finish! Arrived on time with a big enough crew to finish earlier than expected. Paid attention to all the details. Respectful of the home. Great follow up after the installation. Highly recommend this company!
Charging $1595 to clean air ducts when i receive 3 other quotes from companies between $330 and $419 for the exact same work shows you obviously overcharge and are in the business of ripping people off.
Although I didn’t purchase the product I just wanted to say Morgan was great!! He shared a lot of good information. He was patient and kind and he followed through on everything he said he would do. I would trust him to do an excellent job installing the unit.
