Foothill Ridge Apartments

The front office staff are superstars! They stop at nothing to make sure all my needs are met! They have truly made living here a pleasure! They are always updating something so nothing ever really seems outdated. The amazon hub is a big plus! The grounds keeping staff keeps the property clean at all times. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I do not know where to begin with the staff at Foothill Evergreen. Michaele and her manager have been extremely good to my husband and I. We had a few questions that were urgent as we just moved in a night before. They answered them urgently and got me the answers i needed very fast. They are very friendly, professional. Not to mention the grounds are very beautiful and modern. If i could give 10 stars i would. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new apartment.

Foothill Ridge Apartment's is very clean, has great amenities for all to enjoy. Pool, volleyball court two gas bbq's, gym and a small playroom or where you can just chill. The community is dog friendly and even has a dog park and laundry facilities. My family and I are very happy!!

Absolutely love living here, it's been about 8mos! My husband and I have rented a few places before living here, and let me tell you that management makes a HUGE difference! For example, the parking availability is a bit tight, but management does everything they can to be accommodating. I also love how pet friendly they are. But what really stands out to me is, during this Quarantine when our income was severely impacted, management did THE MOST to help us out and feel safe. Arsi especially has been absolutely wonderful. We truly feel like we're a part of a community. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend
