A friend of a friend recommended Joel to me. I contacted him to replace my water softener and bypass valve. He responded quickly and sent his worker, Nick, to my home. Nick was polite, professional, and creative in getting the job done, which saved me money. I don’t want to get into what other plumbing outfits quoted me to fix the problem I had, but those quotes were far, far higher than what Joel charged me. Joel was exceedingly fair in his pricing, timely in his response, and Nick took great care of me. I also appreciate the precautions Nick took to keep us both safe during this pandemic. I’ll definitely contact this company for my future plumbing needs. Great service!

Great service. We have had two service call, one for a plumbing leak and another for an AC leak. In both cases they were there within 24 hours to address the problem. In the case of the plumbing leak they were snake to immediately fix it and have had no issue since. On the AC issue they had to special order a rusted out pan and worked on my problem until resolved. Every time I called or sent a text, Joel the owner personally replied within minutes and addressed problem immediately.

Our heating system failed in the wee hours two days ago. It got very cold very quickly. I texted Joel Mejia at the company at 3:55 a.m. He texted back at 4:15 a.m. He had a man at our house before 9:00 a.m. that same day. We have heat again. Everything was done with a highly professional performance. My wife and I are grateful to the Joel and the company for saving us.
