Plumb Rite Plumbing

I wouldn’t use this company based on how there drivers represent them on the highway. I was driving back from calif on the 15 freeway in Victorville . And one of there driver was driving very reckless, cutting off several vehicles almost causing an accidents. Then the drive almost sideswiped me. I wanted to document his reckless driving. I took a few photos of his truck and he immediately tried to exit the freeway and flicked me off. I have no idea what his problem was but if he didn’t care about the companies image while driving I can’t see him living up to Plumb Rite mission statement.

Affordable Plumbing & Drain responded in a very timely manner to my plumbing issue. I noticed a leak in my garage ceiling and had a concern on the extent of the leak and the damage incurred. I called Affordable Plumbing but they normally do not service the city I live in. The individual I talked to was very helpful as she offered to contact the supervisor to see if an exception could be made. She called me back very quickly and had good news as Affordable Plumbing offered to come out without any hesitation. I asked for a same day appointment however Affordable Plumbing was fully booked and we had to book an appointment for the next day. The customer service person I was working with offered to call me back if a technician freed up later in the day. Well guess what? Within 30 minutes I received a call and Affordable Plumbing offered to have a technician at my home within an hour. That was great news! The technicians arrived on time and they very quickly found the leak in my plumbing. It was obvious the technicians were pros as there was no issue on isolating the problem, explaining the problem in terms I could understand, and providing an estimate on the repairs. After my approval to proceed with the work, the technicians completed the repairs and were very thorough on validating there were no leaks. Additionally they did a nice job of cleaning up the area where the work was done. I find Affordable Plumbing to be a very customer focused business with the interest of their customers being the number one priority. I will definitely use Affordable Plumbing again in the future for my plumbing needs and will recommend Affordable Plumbing to my neighbors or others needing plumbing services. Affordable Plumbing is a business that has the expertise to fix your plumbing problems, is reliable, friendly, and focused on the customer. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the pricing.

I have contacted Affordable Plumbing and have sent me Andrew. He is an exceptional worker and amazing at what he does. Affordable Plumbing always gets it right the first time and has wonderful workers capable of accomplishing the task at hand. I would refer Affordable Plumbing to anyone who needs assistance and they allow Military discounts.

These guys are awesome! This is my second time using them and I'm still very satisfied. I apparently live outside of their standard service area yet they still came out to help me with my drains (after a little begging). My mom uses Affordable and lives in Garden Grove. We both have had nothing but great experiences with them. Their prices are fair and their service is great!

The people working for this company have anger Problems and can not control them !! DO. NOT HIRE them . I was driving down on the 10fw w today 8-5-19 at around 12pm and a van with their logo and LIC number 710275 by mountain/Upland and one of their plumbers cut me off very aggressive and flipped me off . That’s unacceptable and specially when driving a company vehicle . I would not want someone like that entering my home with my family there .
