Jeff showed up on time as promised. He was friendly and positive. He assessed the problem immediately. He gave me two options with a recommendation of what would be the most beneficial. I had a smelly kitchen drain and a sewer smelling shower drain. He knew exactly what to do and was in and out in less than one hour. I’m happy that I no longer have the nasty smell coming out of my drains. I was pleased with the great service and the knowledge that our technician came with.

Another great experience! . Carson, one of the owners son, came to install a kitchen sink faucet ever since my previous contract company installed it incorrectly. He completed the job quickly and answered any questions I had, Carson has a great personality social and always happy. He has always given me exceptional service. I wish the company did more services than just plumbing and I would hire them for all my needs. I’m happy I found them through yelp. Call and make an appointment. I guarantee you’ll never use any other plumbing company again! Thank you Carson and Scott!

After calling four previous plumbing companies, three of which did not bother returning my call, the fourth company did set an appointment but never arrived, and did not bother answering or returning my calls.nWhen I called Scott McLeods I spoke with Valerie, who was extremely personable and informative, and promptly set up an appointment to have a technician come out. The technician, James K, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. There was a water pipe leak in the ceiling. James proceeded to repair it quickly and cleaned up nicely after the repair.nI highly recommend James and Scott McLeod Plumbing. I will definitely be calling them first should I ever need plumbing services in the future.

It always seems so hard to get workers to come to the house - especially with smaller jobs. I appreciated McLeod because they answered the phone on the first ring, they came the very next morning, were on time, polite, and finished the job at a reasonable price. They made everything so easy and convenient, I plan to call next time I need plumbing help!
