Richard the 3rd was very professional, followed health and safety guidelines, friendly, super informative and answered all my questions. Overall, it was a great service he provided. I’m very grateful. A/C is running beautifully even better than the first time we used it. He gave us great tips on how to use the A/C to get great benefits from it. Thank You, Richard! He even called me to let me know roughly when the technician would be arriving.
We had an air filtration system and thermostat installed. The two techs were amazing! They were kind, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They cleaned up and went the extra mile by plugging some holes outside, walking me through the filter installation and thermostat set up, and even letting me use their phone charger when my phone was about to die! I’ll be extremely happy to see these guys again when we upgrade our AC and furnace in a couple of years. This was a great experience, and I would recommend Air One for any AC, Heating, HVAC, or plumbing work. I’m very grateful for their service.
I called for 3 hours to find someone to even come out and service my a.c. that stopped working. The technician could NOT have been nicer, more efficient and accommodating in all aspects. He did an awesome job, showed me and explained to me what he was doing, took a video even so that if I needed someone to come out again, they would know exactly what he did,, etc.. He had to take down some netting that was around my a/c. outside, and he did that, then put it all back together as well. He was super courteous and a pleasure to talk to. I will most definitely only use your service, God forbid, I need it again. My a/c. is working fine and again, I couldn't say anything negative about the service. They even texted me that he was on the way too to alert me!! Great service, price??? don't know about that,, but he did give me a discount as well.
Outstanding customer service, friendly, knowledgeable staff and service providers. They repaired my A/C within 2 hours and I feel I got an honest job for an honest price. I highly recommend this company.
Our A/C wasn't blowing cold air so we called Air One. Despite it being one of the hottest weekends of the summer, we were told a technician would be out the same day between 1:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m. Just after 12:30 p.m., Ricky pulled up. He diagnosed the problem right away, had the part to fix the problem in his truck and even gave us helpful suggestions on how to position our vents so we got the maximum benefit from running the unit. We were thrilled with every aspect of our experience with Air One - courtesy and professional staff, prompt service and our problem was solved!
