Jacob, the technician was great, very professional and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job explaining the process, however... the interest rate on the loan was higher than promised. What’s worse is when the men came for the job, they worked on it TH & FR & simply didn’t show up at all to finish the job. There was no notice, no communication. When I called the company, she just didn’t show them scheduled at all to come back & she called Jacob to find out whether he was going to come finish the job. I never received a call back all weekend long. I’ve never expected them to be so unprofessional and to dump a job half ways complete. Let’s see what Monday brings.
Our service technician Doug is amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Doug took the time tonanswer all of our concerns.. Everyone at the company is very nice , professional and helpful. I needed my a/c services. Not only were they able to come out the next day, my tech, John, arrived early! He serviced the a/c and checked the unit in the attic. He went over what needed to be replaced. Then he went over options to make my a/c work more efficiently. Very thorough and friendly!
Jacob was awesome and very professional! I've had previous ac techs come out but never resolved my issues. Jacob on the other hand was able to pinpoint my issue and now my ac is cooling my house down more then ever. Thank you Jacob I will be using you for future maintenance!
