The food was fine, however the service was average. I wondered how was the service average when it wasn't jamb packed.....nWaiters and waitresses were in groups chatting while we were sitting waiting for another serving of food and drinks..... I literally had to wake the waiter down to get their attention to maintain the service. We'll still return but the service should be a lot better......

The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star review is because the food met the bar of what I’d expect from Red Robin.nnThat being said, our waitress was incredibly rude. My wife was trying to order her birthday burger. She wanted a tavern burger (which she got for free for her birthday last year) and our waitress told us we were wrong. Instead of explaining what she could do, she simply told us that we were wrong and that was impossible. Seriously?nnShortly after, she brought us the tall onion ring appetizer. I told her I ordered the short one (I made this very clear when I ordered). Instead of apologizing for the mix up she told me that I didn’t specify the short one. She then told me she’d have to take it back and yelled across the store for someone to come get it and “throw it out.” HOW WASTEFUL IS THAT?!nnI don’t know why this waitress was more obsessed with being right than actually providing customer service, but we won’t be back to this location.

Really like the people at this location. Food is always good but the service here is great. Devon is a great host and was really nice to talk to. Tracey was an awesome waitress and is excellent at her job.

They are always friendly staff. About everything 3-5th time get something wrong, likely because of turn over. Food is decent, I have other places I prefer so I only go here for friends who really like them. I mean, standard burgers, fries ... I guess they have good variety how to make your burger tho, so that's cool. I like that broccoli is an option, instead of fries, at no extra cost.

I had the delicious Southern Charm Burger and fries. Yum! I was tempted to have dessert but was too full. They all wear masks and seat tables 6 ft apart. Service was friendly, efficient and attentive. Check them out for yourself!
