Bought a stove. Ended up ordering on their pc
I used to love going to this Home Depot, it always has had what I need. Unfortunately they are not enforcing the mask requirement anymore, or sanitizing their carts, like they were in the beginning of Covid. I was there picking up items for my ongoing duplex renovation and I saw multiple people without masks throughout the store (not one or two, but at one point I counted more than 5 in my view line at the registers). When I asked the cashier if they were not enforcing the mask requirement anymore they did not address my question, just shuffled me to a register.nnI will not be going here anymore, after being a loyal customer of 5 years. I will be going to the Power Inn Rd location because they sanitize their carts and enforce the mask requirement.
I would like you to offer more jobs and enhance your customer service. I am not your employee, I don’t get paid, don’t treat me like one! You need to bring cashiers back! Not sure who thinks this is a good idea to make customers do the register. Please support these jobs! I will not return until you offer more service on your registers! Please chose good customer service over cheap labor!!! Support employment; hire some cashiers! It’s seen as you being a cheap employer!!!!
I'll give them one star. Old ladies are evaded by employees. They know we need more help than anyone else. Most of the time, they call someone and wait for half an hour and nobody comes. Many times I spend 5hours just going around looking where things are and looking around for someone to help me. I get more help from customers. I GET DEPRESSED when I shop at Home Depot. Things need to change.
I really prefer Home Depot; however, they're definitely not on top of their game when it comes to online orders. I won't go into the problem I had with a previous online order but I did go in for a pickup of a different online order and let's just say that nobody seems to be on the same page as far as who picks and who stores for pickup. I will continue ordering products through Home Depot because I really like the selection, but please make sure what was ordered was actually picked and don't try to offer a different product when you can't find something easily that you supposedly already picked.
