Boyd Plumbing is awesome. They are quick to respond. On Thanksgiving morning my sink decided to back up-REALLY?? I proceeded to panic. I decided to call Boyd with reservation due to it being Thanksgiving. They sent out a technician out within an hour. They saved my day. Thank you Boyd, you will be my go to. Excellent.

Eric came today to see if my instant hot water dispenser could be saved. Alas as it is about 10 years old, even if he was able to fix it this time, it was destined to retire for good soon. So Eric helped me choose a new unit which should arrive in a few weeks. He promised to be back to install it. While investigating he found a valve under the sink with a very slight leak. He is fixing that as well. I found Eric to be friendly, responsive and knowledgeable & professional. He even asked if there was anything he could help me with before leaving like, TAKING OUT MY TRASH! Incredible! Yes I would very easily recommend Boyd Plumbing to friends and family. Took three weeks, two phone calls and four emails to get him to send the quote I paid for on the day of the visit. The quote received was twice the amount of the other two companies who came out. He wanted $1123. to change out a kitchen sink (already purchased) in a place where one already exists. He also gave me a quote to replace my water heater which is not broken and works fine. It cost $999. His quote was $2200. These people are way overpriced. The office staff does seem very nice though.

I called this time because of the great service I received on a previous problem I had. When I called the second time again I received great service. When steve arrived was very personable and professional. I receive excellent service and will call Boyd again and I hope Steve is available. I will reckoned Boyd Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

The tech Colton was amazing! He was very thorough and kind. He took time to explain everything and I will be using him again for future orders! Very nice and the company overall has great customer service!
