Everyone is helpful in the Alderwood store and I always have a great experience because the staff knows the products and what works best! Great job!!!

made an online order but decided to walk around the store before pickup. The manager walked up to me (i knew it was the manager because she referred to it as “MY store” multiple times) i asked for a L.A. girl lipliner which she responded we don’t carry that in MY store as if that was a brand that was so beneath her... then i asked if she carried either Paula’s Choice or The Ordinary skincare products and her response was “wow. those are two very different price points” and led me to The Ordinary section and once again said “we don’t carry paula’s choice in MY store” and then left me there before i could even ask any further questions. Felt very demeaning, ended up leaving the products i had picked up and only taking home what i had ordered online

Poor customer service all around. Do yourself a favor and check out the Northgate location instead!

The customer service at this location is amazing! In particular, a big thank you to Molly who went above and beyond to help me with my curbside pickup. She is a true example of how customer service should be.
