If I could give 0 stars I would. My home warranty company sent them to us. The plumber suggested I replace a toilet. When I told him they are nice toilets and still work fine, he then replaced the flaps to one and connected the chain to the other and both worked fine. He then told me to order parts to another toilet and then he would come replace the entire inside of the toilet. I don’t even know what part he said to order. No plumber from home warranty has ever told me to order parts on my own before. I called my warranty company and they have waited 4 days to get a report from them and we are still waiting. We have left messages and the Budget would not cooperate. My low pressure problem with our water can’t be resolved or pursued by the home warranty company because Budget is still not sending a report in to say they can’t help. Very uncooperative company.

This was a home warranty referral-like many of these reviews-but I had a great experience with Budget Rooter. They were quick to contact me to schedule an appointment-more than once, as I missed their first call and I forgot to check messages! Came the same day, diagnosed the problem with my water heater and replaced the damaged part. It was probably 110 degrees in my garage and the tech was exceedingly pleasant and professional and let us know what to do in case the part failed before he left. Very much appreciated!

Plumber came out via my AHS home warranty and replaced my old garbage disposal that was leaking with a new one he already carried in his truck. Probably done in less than 10 minutes! When I asked for advice about my old water heater, he was very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations and possible outcomes of the situation when he didn't have to. Thank you!

Had budget rooter assigned to our house by Fidelity Home warranty. They came and did a quick temporary fix which was great but said more work needed to be done and would talk to our warranty to see if they would cover or not 6 weeks later they still have not contacted our home warranty and both myself and Fidelity have been trying to get answers from them and no reports yet. Very unreliable!

It took two visits to figure out two faucet repairs/replacements. In the midst of COVID-19 the first technician was not wearing a mask. Now, I have been waiting almost two weeks for them to get approval for a kitchen faucet from my home warranty company. They claimed it was denied, but the home warranty insurance company says the request was never made. I have left dozens of messages and sent texts. I have yet to get a return call. They have really bad service and shame on American Home Shield for even using them as a contractor.
