Tyler came out right away and for what I thought would be the price of parts, he got me all set up with a new water heater labor and parts. I had called around and this was by far the best price and really fast start to finish. He did a way better job than my previous installer, the copper is really clean and he added a drip pan. Highly recommend this guy.
My whole house was backed up so I gave Rooter Hero a call because they have the best $77 dollar drain promo and they are highly reviewed.(now I know why!!) Mike Caspillo was the technician that came to my rescue. Mike was very thorough and informative. Everything he did he included me and kept me updated. I am so impressed how much Mike actually cared about resolving my drain problem!!! He found sewage under my home so we had to replace a section of my mainline and I am so thankful we did because I no longer have to worry about not being able to use my shower or toilet!! Most importantly I have myself plumber that genuinely cares about my family and our home. Thank you so much Mike and Rooter Hero!!!! You better believe I’m going to recommenced you to everyone I know!!
Tyler and Louis did an awesome job with our sink repair. The job started as a single clog, and ended up with some major work needing to get done to all of our drainage lines. They were prepared for everything that this 1938 property could throw at them, and did it with a positive attitude. I would absolutely recommend this service.
Oh my Michael Caspillo is an awesome very professional young man. He knew his stuff and got the job done efficiently. If you need any work done or evaluated Michael is the man to ask for he will take great care of you. I will most definitely be using him again in the future. Great guy
