Splash Nail Bar

I go here every 2-3 weeks to get fills. Overall my nails always end up looking great. The shape is even, the polish application is great, and I never have any broken nails. My nail artist seems to get every detail of the technique right.nnIf I make an appointment they do reserve the time for me and they never make me wait either!nnHowever, for being in the middle of a pandemic this place is not the most clean. My nail artist repeatedly has used nail files and drill bits that look like they have been used a dozen times before me. She used nippers on me and then put them back in her tool box without cleaning them. Not good! This stuff was pretty gross before a pandemic but now... that’s even worse. I wish I could find a nail shop that doesn’t do this but I’ve been to so many and they all are lacking in cleaning procedures :/

I am always so happy with the service at Splash Nail Bar. The staff are friendly and talented. Thuy did an amazing job on my acrylic nails yesterday! I also have had several pedicures here and they always do a great job. The peppermint pedicure is so refreshing!!

Having 20%, 30%, 35% for tip options on the credit card machine isn’t professional or a social norm.nnI’ve never had someone ask me to turn the massage chair off while they painted my toe nails.nnCOVID safe, good cleaning, mask wearing and barriers. Nails look good.

Usually love coming here but I was disappointed with the last couple times. I had a beautiful ombré set done by them a few weeks back and had come in for a fill. When I got a fill, they just used clear powder at the bottom so my nails still looked grown out. Could’ve been my fault, I didn’t know you had to request the color first I thought a fill would just get my nails filled how they were last time. Honestly this wouldn’t have been a huge enough deal for me to write a review but when I went back in, I explained this and that I would have to this time get a full new set instead of the $20 fill, an extra $25, and I asked if they could please only charge me for the fill. They agreed and I got my nails done. Afterwards, they still charged me for a full set even though they agreed to only charge for a fill!! Really unprofessional in my opinion and I’m incredibly disappointed that I’ve come here for years and they would do something like this. I still tipped your nail tech and my total was over $50 when I should’ve only been charged for a fill.

I love this place. Friendly and talented staff, and they are so close to my house.
