Steve showed up on time and was very personable and professional. I even received a text prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. During the visit Steve was knowledgeable and explained each step so that I had a better understanding of what was going on. I really appreciate it as I don’t know anything about hearting and air. All in all it was a great visit and I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family.
Our technician, Steve was very kind, informative and helpful. He did routine maintenance on our AC unit and did a thorough cleaning and explanation of issues found. He was not pushy about selling anything to us. He’s kind and very personable. Would definitely recommend and will continue to us Gallagher’s for our heating and AC needs
Benjamin did a thorough job looking at my system. He gave an easy to understand explanation of what my system needs to have done. Being that the system is almost 20 years old, I asked what a new system would cost, so he set me up with an appointment to get an estimate. That way I can compare costs and make a better decision. I appreciate the honesty in dealing with me.
Our tech Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining the condition of our unit and future needs it may require. He provided great service. It’s great to see some companies still do that.
