Great Clips

I use the Great Clips app. It let's me know approximate wait time. I utilize it to time when to go in. I like one of the stylist and like her cutting my hair. She does an excellent job. So I usually get right in and can have the stylist I like. Win-win.

Needed a haircut as its been a while ! Their COVID protocols are pretty nice!nnAfter checking in, you're asked questions. Temperature is checked. My hands are sanitized. Stylist hand is sanitized. She then sanitized her chair. I sat down, everything sanitized.nnI kept masked on, wondering how she is gonna trim my side above the ear with the mask band. When she asked me to hold my mask with my hand, I was like -- woah, thats smart!nnHaha! Good cut, I am happy. A bit on the pricy side tho.

Would recommend Checking in online and go when it's your time. Waiting area is limited to 2 persons. They seem to be taking a lot of care to keep the workspace sanitized and clean. Thanks for the service during these unprecedented times (and saving me from getting my haircut from... you know who ud83dude01 )

What a joke. Checked in online for a haircut and showed up 22 minutes after checking since the wait time was 20 minutes. Not only was I not on the list, but was told that they couldn't cut my hair because they were closing at 3pm, not 9pm since that's what their sign says up front. 2 walk ins before me where able to get their haircut but when it came to someone who checked in online, I wasn't even considered and the girl behind the register was completely inconsiderate about the time and gas I spent to go to this location. They didn't even call me to tell me they were going to close early. I will never come here if that's how they treat people and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Asked for a simple hair cut. A little above the shoulders all one length. She cut it almost to my chin and with horrible layers. Another employee took over for her because she noticed what was happening. Worst haircut ever.
