Normally I would give Valley Plumbng five stars. We have used them before and I’ve always been happy with their service. They are professional and knowledgeable, and always willing to educate the customer. They are a little bit pricey but I don’t think they gouge their customers and I’m always satisfied with the results. I have referred many family and friends to Valley Plumbing.nnToday however, I was disappointed because we waited a day for David to come out and work on our fire pit. David finally said twice that he’s a supervisor and an estimator and he doesn’t have all the tools and parts on his van and generally speaking, a technician comes behind him to do the work. So, David was unable to complete our job. This left us unsatisfied. This is the first time using Valley Plumbing that we were unhappy.nnI don’t think that’s a good business model. 1. Make the customer wait a day or two for David to come out to diagnose and estimate, then 2. Make the customer wait again (for how long?) for a technician to come and make the repair.nnI would suggest that Valley Plumbing either fully stock David’s van, or advise the customer ahead of time that they are sending someone out who cannot make repairs.
I've used Valley Plumbing for 10+ years... they're fantastic... always prompt to service, reasonable & trustworthy. Today Isiah was the professional who worked on my 2 bathrooms...he was excellent in regards to knowledge, experience & helpfulness...what a great person & company!
I had a plumbing issue that was far more than I could handle. Daniel was prompt, knowledgeable, & very professional while taking all safety measures due to the covid-19 epidemic. Roy was courteous, efficient and respectful throughout the job. All the work was done the same day I called. He replaced my old homebrew water heater installation with a solid professional job. I would recommend him to anyone.
Great job by Daniel. Very professional and knowledgeable. Clearly communicated what was to be done and cost. Will definitely call valley plumbing again when I need a plumber.
