They wanted 1200 to fix my furnace by replacing the gas valve and ignitor.nSo I called for a 2nd opinion. And sure enough, the gas valve was turned off, and the ignitor was the only thing to be replaced. The 2nd opinion party charged us only 250 to replace the ignitor. Senergy was asking for an arm and a leg.nnMy question to synergy is why they would want to charge me to replace the right working gas valve?nnThey want your money. I suggest asking for other 2nd opinions. The other party was helpful, honest, and the price reasonable.
Our AC quit working unexpectedly as we were preparing for a new tenant to move into our rental property. Senergy was able to come out the next day, showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly. This is the second time we’ve used Senergy and we highly recommend them!
