Arby's

Been here 3 times (4months time).. first time was fine. 2nd time they forgot 2 items I ordered. Which when I went back they asked no questions and remade them. This third time tonight though.. I wont get into everything I ordered but one of the basics I got was the french dip. Which when I got home they didnt put the aus ju in there.. second item was the 2 for 6. I got the chicken ranch sandwich and beef and chedder. . But they forgot to put the chicken ranch in the bag.. so I have to go back.. ( about 15-20 min round trip) I'm not one to ask for compensation but after this 2nd time asked if they could maybe throw in some fries or jalapenos just for the inconvenience.... guy comes back saying he can give me a cookie.. with 2 other guys over his shoulder. I asked if I could get a number to call and he says I have to go online and call pilot..

Can't comment on the food. Sat in line for 15 minutes with several cars and only moved one space. Had to back out and settle for McDs. If you want Arby's, probably go to 116th.

Customers are required to wear a mask, which is good, but the woman taking the order took hers off to talk to me and also breathed all over her gloved hand. No concern at all for food safety

I waited for 26 minutes in the drive threw only to get an old cold sandwich old exploded motz sticks and only half heated slider. I understand ya'll were busey, but as a former employee of arbys I KNOW that is below tye service expected from the company and am very disappointed.
